Honey Fermented Garlic
You will need a clean fido jar, some fresh preferably organic garlic and some honey.
Put everything together and let sit at room temperature. The longer this is allowed to ferment the better the results. Makes a great natural remedy for sore throat and cough or can be added to any dishes.
